Consultant - Health Strategy, Provider Advisory

Advise Payer/Provider clients on strategic planning, business model strategy, operating model strategy/design, competitive agility, enterprise transformation, cost reductions/ZBx, M&A, service line strategy, product strategy, and innovation Support project teams on client engagements, both on and off-site, and internal projects Perform client and project management Conduct data and information analysis Support solution implementation and generation of project results Develop and create quality deliverables supporting essential project workstreams Gather and analyze data Identify gaps and trends Make recommendations related to baseline performance and structure, best practices, and benchmarks Develop project management skills, leadership abilities, specialized industry knowledge, and consulting skills along a defined career path Requirements 0 years of experience required Master's Degree required Must still be enrolled in an accredited graduate degree program through Fall 2026 and graduate by Summer 2027 Would not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future to work in the United States Students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules or being hired for this position Degree concentration in Business, Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Health Management, or similar is preferred Previous internship or work experience is preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of Business Analytics software Access, SAS or R, and/or SQL Strong knowledge and application of healthcare research resources Strong quantitative and organizational skills Written and oral communication and presentation skills Excellent quantitative analysis skills Ability to translate data into graphic or visual representations Some travel may be required depending on client needs Core Competencies Demonstrates strong analytical and project management skills, with a focus on strategic planning and business model strategy in the healthcare sector.
