ArchKey is one of the nation's largest privately held specialty trade installation and integrated facility service companies. About the Position The Associate Project Manager assists the Project Manager in administrative and technical direction. Responsibilities include providing technical and engineering support as required, traveling to project sites, and supporting the National Technologies Installation team. Day in the Life Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with scope, budget, and timeline. Act as liaison to coordinate communication among internal and external stakeholders. Authorize and approve project staff transactions including wage determinations. Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions. Participate in estimating and bid proposal preparation. Review and approve purchase requisitions, payment approvals, invoices, and change orders. Assist in implementing corporate safety programs and ensure OSHA guidelines are followed. Ensure adherence to company, client, and project policies and standards. Maintain official project documentation and logs. Understand labor agreements and standards specific to projects. Minimum Qualifications BS in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Experience installing Building Management Systems is a plus. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills. Strong attention to detail and quality focus throughout the project lifecycle. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of general construction standard practices. Experience with estimating software a plus. Experience with Bluebeam Revu a plus. Salary Range $65,000 - $83,600 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
