We offer an excellent compensation package Job Description Roles and Responsibility Candidate will be responsible for data entry Payroll Daily review of HR changes, including validation of new hires, terminations, rate changes, W-4 and Direct Deposit data and the impact of changes to employee pay and taxation Calculate retro-active pay Create and upload payment files Process and balance payroll entries Call & Case resolution for all customer inquiries Assist during year end W2 processing Assist Timekeeping on reviewing and documenting processes Qualifications Qualification 7-10 years of functional payroll experience including data entry, tax reporting, and accounting is required. Must have a highly collaborative work style, the ability to anticipate problems, proactively deal with difficult situations and communicate appropriately with all levels of stakeholders. Must have strong organizational, problem-solving and closure skills; strong written and oral communication skills, and demonstrated interpersonal skills with different stakeholders and levels of professionals and management. #J-18808-Ljbffr Infojini Inc
