We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Payment Concierge. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving and processing timesheets from healthcare providers, ensuring all entries are correct and aligned with company policies. Your primary focus will be on meticulously reviewing dates, performing mathematical calculations, and coding expenses appropriately.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and review timesheets submitted by healthcare providers on a regular basis.
• Verify the accuracy of time entries, including hours worked, dates, and any overtime or special circumstances.
• Perform mathematical calculations to ensure accurate totals and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Code expenses and allocate them to the appropriate projects or cost centers, following company guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or questions regarding timesheets or expenses.
• Maintain accurate records of all time and expense data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Generate reports and analysis as needed to support payroll processing, budgeting, and project management.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to timekeeping and expense reporting.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in mathematical calculations and understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
