We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Greer, SC area. About the Position of Assistant Manager As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians work, manage outside orders, ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations and maintain team safety. About the Position of Service Manager The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. Service Managers direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, and drive sales initiatives. They communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide information on requested and necessary repairs, ensure customers are satisfied, and strive to meet expectations. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
