Position Overview Personal Banker – Chevy Chase Branch, Washington, D.C. Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are preferred. The role is an in‑office position within PNC’s Retail Branch organization, focused on delivering the best experience for customers and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet and drive new revenue. Conduct proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Deliver full PNC conversations with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and Community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent education and related experience or product knowledge. At least 3 years of experience in a banking or related customer‑service role. Knowledge of banking products, digital awareness, and effective communication. Proficient in proactive sales, prospecting, and retail lending. Strong customer‑facing skills with a focus on loyalty and experience (CX). Experience managing multiple priorities and a matrixed environment. Problem‑solving skills and ability to identify opportunities to leverage technology. Compensation Base Salary: $49,500.00 – $82,500.00. The role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
