Let's check a couple minimum qualifications: You wake up in the morning ready to support an individual or group to achieve outcomes they define through building awareness and empowerment to change, being a coach is a critical part of your identity You are downright amazing at facilitation, you can guide a group of people to an outcome based on their objectives You are a master teacher, engaging your students to absorb the content As a mentor, you know how to support an individual or group to achieve their outcomes through your own experience and guidance You are an owner who is trustworthy, empathetic, curious, tenacious, nimble - if you these PG&E virtues describe you, then you will fit right in our culture and mindset You know Lean, love Lean, and have a Lean mindset A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, information technology, data science, engineering, or other relevant field 8 years of experience in data management, data governance, data quality, metadata management, data security, and/or designing and implementing functional systems and data in a structured process If that was you, here are some other skills and characteristics we would love to see: Certified Data Management Professional! We love it if you have formalized your DMBOK knowledge with certification. 4+ years of leadership experience Experience in energy, utilities, or regulated industries Detail-oriented with ability to focus on managing multiple groups and processes Level-head, manages conflict in a positive manager, and comfortable interacting with people at all levels Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with vendors and business subject matter experts Experience as a project manager or product owner Experience with relevant project management tools and methodologies Demonstrated executive engagement and presentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
