Business Systems Analyst - Jack Henry / SilverLake Integrations Salt Lake City, UT/Troy, MI (Hybrid) 6-Month Contract Pay Range: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour Job Description: The Core Systems Administrator will serve as the internal Jack Henry power user and subject matter expert, supporting the bank's core banking platform through implementation and ongoing administration. This role will work closely with the implementation vendor, project management, technology teams, and business stakeholders to understand system configuration, workflows, integrations, and data architecture. Following the initial implementation, this individual will become a primary internal resource for Jack Henry and support additional implementations across other divisions. During implementation, the Core Systems Administrator will participate in system build activities, testing, data conversion validation, and configuration discussions. The role will document system decisions, workflows, product and portfolio setup, integrations, and procedures while identifying gaps or risks from an end-user and administrator perspective. Following go-live, the position will configure and maintain loan and deposit products, manage system access and parameters, support releases and updates, troubleshoot issues, and work with Jack Henry support when needed. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Jack Henry and SilverLake and a strong understanding of banking and lending operations. This individual should be comfortable translating business needs into system configuration, working with vendors and technical teams, supporting testing and implementations, and investigating system or data issues. Strong communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Core Systems Administrator, or similar banking technology role
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Jack Henry and SilverLake
• Experience configuring and administering Jack Henry core banking systems
• Experience building and maintaining loan, deposit, and other banking product portfolios
• Strong understanding of banking and lending processes
• Experience supporting core banking implementations or system conversions
• Experience with banking system integrations
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• Experience supporting UAT, regression, system, and production testing
• Experience documenting workflows, data mappings, system processes, and configuration decisions
• Experience troubleshooting core banking system issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with vendors, project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience

Bonus/Soft Skills:

• Experience with EBL or SBA loan origination systems
• Experience with FIS banking platforms
• Experience with other core banking or loan origination platforms
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with APIs, JSON, XML, or similar integration technologies
• Experience supporting implementations across multiple business divisions
• Experience with system releases, upgrades, patches, and new modules
• Experience supporting audit, regulatory, or internal control requirements
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Experience working in a hybrid environment
• Ability to support business needs outside of normal hours when required
