Compensation: $18.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Operator workers for an electronics manufacturing company in Mankato, MN. • Set up and operate surface mount technology (SMT) equipment
• Set up and tear down feeders using small materials and components
• Place electronic components by hand as needed during production
• Inspect circuit board assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete production documentation and basic computer data entry
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations

What You Need to Bring to the SMT Operator - 1st Shift Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and with a team
• Good vision and finger dexterity for handling small electronic components
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Basic computer and mathematical skills
• Ability to stand, walk, or remain seated for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand English
• IPC-A-610 training preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
