Location: Mankato, MN
Compensation: $18.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:30am-4:00pm | Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for a leading complex assembly supplier located in Mankato, MN. • Perform general assembly tasks including labeling, taping, masking, and coating components
• Assemble electronic components onto circuit boards using hand and machine processes
• Cut board assemblies from panels using depanelizing equipment
• Use hand tools such as pliers, cutters, and small instruments during assembly
• Assemble circuit boards into finished products
• Support production processes and complete assigned tasks from supervisors
• Handle and position materials for assembly operations
• Maintain efficiency and quality throughout assembly tasks

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Ability to use small hand tools for assembly processes
• Ability to use basic computer systems
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
• Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
