Camp Activities & Events Leader

Activities Staff bring energy and creativity to camp through games, events, and team-building experiences. From running group games to managing the adventure challenge course to setting up and tearing down events, you’ll help create unforgettable moments that make Eagle Sky come alive. Qualifications A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a desire to reflect His love through service. Energetic, dependable, and excited to engage campers in fun activities. Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced, changing environments. Creative and willing to help with a wide variety of activities. Team-oriented and positive in attitude. Responsibilities Lead and assist with group games, events, and activity-based programming. Operate the adventure challenge course safely and with excellence. Set up, manage, and tear down events as assigned. Encourage campers to participate, have fun, and grow in community. Assist in operating and overseeing the aerial ropes course, BB guns, hatchets, and archery. Help train and guide campers as they try new activities, ensuring a safe and fun environment. Participate fully in camp life, including chapel, group activities, and team service. Support staff in other areas when needed. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
