CNC Maintenance Technician

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences seeks a CNC Maintenance Technician to support equipment repair and preventive maintenance at its Indianapolis manufacturing facility. The role involves diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on production machinery while documenting work and coordinating with maintenance teams. An associate degree and 2+ years of CNC equipment or manufacturing troubleshooting experience required.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical maintenance, analysis, and repair on CNC machines
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Track, document work orders, and conduct equipment testing and adjustments
Collaborate with contractors to diagnose and resolve complex equipment problems

Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent qualification
2+ years experience with CNC machinery repair or troubleshooting
Manufacturing environment maintenance experience
Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
