- Competitive Pay: $57 - $67/hour + credit for experience
- Schedule Available: This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday with on call rotation required
- Person-Centered Care: Focus on dignity, respect, and individualized support
- Supportive Leadership: Work alongside caring, collaborative professionals
- Provide leadership and oversight for nursing services, ensuring high-quality care and clinical excellence throughout the community
- Implement nursing best practices and regulatory standards to support positive resident outcomes and compliance
- Develop, mentor, and educate nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Enhance communication between staff, residents, and families to promote trust, engagement, and exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address the unique healthcare needs of residents and support individualized care planning
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License with the State of Minnesota
- Must be 18 year of age or older
- Previous Director of Nursing experience is preferred but not required
