Join us to be part of a team that is at the forefront of Oracle innovation, enabling organizations to maximize their return on investment, reduce costs, and solve real-world challenges through cutting-edge Oracle solutions.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectationsYour contribution to the team: Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery. An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.Required Skill and Experience Extensive Oracle Financials cloud experience in domain and functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, CM modules. Implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud. Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (AP, GL, AR, CM). Experience in Oracle project methodology (OUM) and Agile and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.) Identify functionality gaps and supporting the development of solutions for them. Oracle Functional expertise and industry Experience services organizations. Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions. Knowledge about oracle cloud strategy on handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and Reports with 3rd party applications.Preferred Skill and Experience Ability to configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups. Excellent communication skills, adapt in business interaction and understanding business applications.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
