Supervisor de Saneamiento 3er Turno Woodland Gourmet está contratando un Supervisor de Saneamiento para su 3er turno en Waukegan, IL, EE.UU. El Supervisor es responsable de liderar todas las operaciones de saneamiento del turno, garantizando que las instalaciones, equipos y el entorno de producción cumplan con los estándares de seguridad alimentaria, calidad y normativas. Este rol implica mantener altas expectativas de saneamiento, desarrollar y capacitar al personal, crear una fuerte cultura de equipo y asegurar que el trabajo se completa de manera segura, eficiente y organizada en un entorno de manufactura de ritmo acelerado. Responsabilidades Mantener altos estándares de saneamiento y seguridad alimentaria. Capacitar y motivar al personal, fomentando la responsabilidad y consistencia. Crea un entorno de trabajo respetuoso y positivo. Empoderar a los empleados manteniendo expectativas claras. Construir confianza y trabajo en equipo entre los departamentos. Demostrar urgencia, propiedad y solución proactiva de problemas. Comunicar de manera efectiva con empleados por hora y equipos de liderazgo.
