Associate Laboratory Assistant

Associate Laboratory Assistant at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 10-hour, Variable shifts. Under the general supervision of the Phlebotomy Supervisor and the Director of Laboratory Services, the Clinical Lab Assistant I performs routine non-technical, manual, and a moderate amount of technical work in the medical laboratory. Maintains laboratory areas and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition. Carries out related tasks as required. • H.S. Diploma or GED.
• California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I License upon hire, Or
• California Certified Phlebotomy Technician II License upon hire.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
