Facility Maintenance Technician II

Industrial Maintenance MechanicWe're hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to keep critical facility and plant equipment running safely and reliably. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain motors, pumps, valves, and mechanical systems while supporting preventive maintenance programs that reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Pay: $28.00- $30.00 per hour DOEWhat You'll DoDiagnose and repair mechanical systems (motors, pumps, valves, and related equipment)Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve reliabilityRead blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagramsPerform brazing, soldering, and light weldingMaintain accurate records in a CMMSSafely operate aerial lifts, scaffolding, and forkliftsWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GED5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, pipefitting, or weldingValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong knowledge of LOTO and industrial safety practicesAbility to work independently and manage prioritiesPhysical Requirements Comfortable working indoors/outdoors, in confined spaces, at heights, and around industrial equipment; able to lift up to 50 lbs and use standard PPE.
