Patients struggle to get the right care at the right time, staff members burn out, and clinics lose billions in revenue. This isn't a failure of care - it's a failure of capacity.
Clarion exists to solve this problem at scale. Our AI agents handle the patient journey from end-to-end; from scheduling and rescheduling appointments, to managing referrals and prescription refills. Our AI performs complex workflows with a human-like touch that patients love.
We've raised $10M from Accel, Y Combinator, and Sequoia (Scout), along with founders from Ophelia, Medallion, and Counsel Health. We're an in-person team based in New York City, moving quickly to ensure every patient gets the care they need.

What You'll Be Working On
Generate qualified pipeline through cold outbound and manage inbound interest
Drive top-of-funnel growth through targeted multi-channel outreach (phone, LinkedIn, email)
Advance opportunities through strategic discovery and qualification
Continuously expand and refine outbound strategy through prospecting and list curation by researching, testing, and prioritizing accounts
Partner with AEs to seamlessly advance qualified leads through the sales cycle
Act as Clarion's first voice to the market by representing our mission with credibility and empathy
Requirements
1+ years of experience in sales development, with a proven ability to drive cold outreach, run outbound campaigns, and consistently generate pipeline
Exceptional communicator with strong verbal and written skills, able to craft compelling messaging and confidently engage executives from day one
Gritty and self-motivated, with a bias toward action, persistence under pressure, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and metrics-driven, constantly focused on execution
Healthcare interest or experience: You're curious about healthcare workflows and challenges; experience selling into healthcare orgs is a strong plus
Sales tools fluency: Proficient with CRMs, outreach platforms, Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement tools

First Chat (20 min) [Virtual]: Quick conversation about your sales experience and passion for healthcare transformation.
Outreach Simulation (30 min) [Virtual]: Live role-play where you'll pitch Clarion to a "healthcare executive" and handle objections.
Take-home Exercise: Create a targeted outreach sequence for a specific healthcare segment demonstrating your research and messaging skills.
Team Day (3 hours) [In-Person]: Visit our New York office to shadow live sales calls, meet the team, and present your outreach strategy.
