Work Environment

The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, enabling a strong work-life balance while dedicating your efforts to patient rehabilitation and progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients of all age groups, identifying the specific needs and goals related to their physical therapy.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation outcomes and patient goals, incorporating relevant therapeutic modalities.
• Regularly reassess progress through objective measures, ensuring that treatment plans are adjusted as necessary to maximize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation, including SOAP notes and progress reports, utilizing our electronic health record system to track patient journey and results.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, guiding them through recovery processes and addressing any challenges they may encounter.
• Achieve minimum utilization targets and contribute to additional business objectives, enhancing clinic efficacy and service quality.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from other therapy disciplines at the clinic, fostering a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.
• Actively embody and promote the clinic's core values, serving as a representative of our mission both within the clinic and in the broader Stafford community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds and diagnoses. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required, with candidates holding a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy strongly preferred.
• A current and unrestricted license from the Board of Physical Therapy to practice in Virginia.
• Willingness to perform evaluations and treatment via telehealth, as appropriate, to accommodate varying patient needs.
• Strong adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach to service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
