About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its organization through a significant period of transition and growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years' progressive leadership experience in a relevant service delivery environment, with a strong background in operational and financial management. The CEO will be responsible for establishing and strengthening the operational infrastructure to support the company's growth, including evaluating and enhancing existing systems, and ensuring the effectiveness and replicability of day-to-day operations. A key focus will be on stabilizing operations, improving staff retention, and enhancing training and support structures. The successful candidate will also be tasked with reigniting and sustaining organizational growth, including evaluating and strengthening business development and marketing strategies. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for advanced training or experience in business, operations, behavioral health, or healthcare leadership. The role requires a leader with a people-centered, team-first approach, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead with integrity, consistency, and transparency. Experience in for-profit healthcare or a service-driven business environment is essential, as is a background in managing community-based or home-based service models. The CEO will work closely with the founders to ensure clear decision-making structures and consistent internal messaging, and must be prepared to address performance issues, cultural challenges, and demanding family dynamics with resilience and calm.
