Our Products business is growing quickly, and this role sits at the center of that growth. About The Role XRHealth’s VR therapeutic system is prescribed as durable medical equipment, reimbursed by Medicare, and available to Veterans through the VA. It gives providers a non-pharmacological option for chronic pain, anxiety, and rehabilitation that patients use at home, without adding to the practice’s workload. We're looking for someone genuinely at home in the field - walking into clinics unannounced, building standing relationships with the providers and staff who write orders, and staying with an account until it produces consistently. You will work your state in person to introduce XRHealth to providers and their clinical staff, building the relationships that help to drive patient access to our technology. What You Will Do Spend the majority of your time in the field, physically visiting the accounts in your territory. Walk-ins, scheduled meetings, in-service presentations, and lunch-and-learns. Build standing, recurring relationships with the people who actually write and process orders Introduce XRHealth’s platform and explain clearly how a patient or Veteran obtains it Make ordering frictionless. Learn exactly what a complete signed written order requires, train front-office and nursing staff on it, and catch incomplete orders before they stall. Work from named lists of waiting Veterans and patients in your territory, and drive those orders to completion Run live product demonstrations, and coordinate larger clinical presentations Plan and run an efficient territory route, prioritizing the accounts and facilities where orders are already moving. Research accounts before you walk in Log every visit, contact, and order in HubSpot, and report on progress against monthly targets. Represent XRHealth at conferences, trade shows, physician events, and healthcare association meetings. Bring what you learn in the field back to our Marketing, Clinical, and Operations teams so we can sharpen our messaging and materials. What You Bring Three or more years in medical device, DME, or healthcare field sales. Demonstrated success generating business through in-person, face-to-face outreach Experience holding standing, recurring meetings with the same clinical accounts over months, and a track record of keeping those accounts active. Experience taking an account from no orders to consistent monthly orders, and the ability to explain specifically how you did it. Comfort walking into unfamiliar facilities, opening doors, and building rapport quickly with both clinicians and front-office staff. Working knowledge of a CRM platform (HubSpot or Salesforce) for managing a territory pipeline Willingness to travel heavily within your state, and a reliable vehicle. A self-starter mentality. This channel is still being built, and you will face ambiguity. Strongly Preferred Direct experience selling into or working with the VA or another federal health system, including facility access and vendor credentialing. Existing relationships with referring physicians in your area Experience taking a new product through a clinical product review committee, value analysis committee, or equivalent approval body Familiarity with DME reimbursement (HCPCS/CMS), signed written order requirements, or Federal Supply Schedule contracting. Experience introducing a product category that providers had not encountered before. Territory and Assignment This role sits within our Strategic Partnerships department. Depending on your background and your territory, your account mix may weight toward VA facilities, toward private practices, or both. We will work that out with you rather than assign it before we have met you. You may also be asked to support adjacent go-to-markets as our priorities shift. This is a build role: you will have real influence over how this channel is designed. Compensation And Structure We are open to two structures, and you should tell us in your application which one fits you: W2, full-time. Competitive base salary plus commission, plus comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Independent contractor (1099). For established field representatives who already call on these accounts and want to add XRHealth to their existing line card. Commission-based.
