About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Associate Vice President of Administration and Finance Services to serve as a senior executive leader and key advisor in the delivery of enterprise-level financial, operational, and governance leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, effective, and high-quality provision of services across financial management, business operations, facilities, audit, compliance, and resource planning. This role is pivotal in advancing a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration, and in maintaining fiscal stewardship, institutional accountability, and operational alignment. The Sr. AVP will have direct supervisory responsibility for senior leaders in financial services, strategic business services, and audit and consulting services, and will be expected to operate with significant delegated authority and executive discretion. Applicants for the Sr. AVP position at the company should have a Master's degree in business or finance, with a minimum of 10 years' of progressively responsible experience, including at least 2 years' at a managerial level. The role requires a candidate with a working knowledge of financial management, business operations, and audit activities, and the ability to ensure their alignment with institutional priorities, policy, and regulatory requirements. Key qualifications include excellent leadership, management, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to foster a positive, cooperative work atmosphere and maintain effective relationships within a diverse population.
