About the Role Working closely with the school's SENCO, class teachers and pastoral team , you will: Deliver targeted teaching for pupils with a range of additional needs. Support children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language Needs (SLCN), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and SEMH . Deliver interventions linked to EHCP outcomes . Adapt teaching to meet individual learning, communication and sensory needs. Support pupils both individually and in small groups. Monitor progress and contribute towards reviews and provision planning. Help pupils build confidence, independence and engagement with learning.
