Maintenance Director

Responsibilities Supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance department Ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance Ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition Responsible for ensuring the community is free from hazards caused by systems like electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling Responsible for the provision of quality laundry service Requirements High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required Minimum of one year of prior experience of maintenance supervisory experience required Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures Professional image in both appearance and behavior Excellent written and oral communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
