About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for a pivotal role within the Treasury and Middle Office Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including full trade lifecycle management, oversight of counterparties and service providers, and serving as a key liaison between trading teams and middle/back office groups. This role is integral to the centralized, highly collaborative model that will be in place following the integration of Treasury and Middle Office functions. Key responsibilities for the AVP include supporting the monitoring and management of settlements, providing operational support for repo and liquidity investment activities, and processing settlements across various instruments. The role also involves ensuring collateral and OTC settlement movements are accurately processed, preparing daily P&L reports, and maintaining TMO procedures. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 8 years' of experience in hedge fund operations, investment banking operations, or similar environments, and a strong background in fixed income operations and settlements, particularly in repo and derivatives. Treasury operations, cash management, and liquidity forecasting experience are preferred, along with a solid understanding of funding and capital markets. The role requires a professional with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a high level of technical aptitude. Advanced Excel skills and a proven track record of team leadership are also essential.
