Job Description As the Jr. Estimator, you will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive estimates for industrial construction projects while partnering closely with preconstruction, operations, and business development teams. Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and hard bid estimates for ground-up industrial projects Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to develop complete project pricing Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analyses Solicit, level, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions Collaborate with project teams throughout the preconstruction process Support proposal development and contribute to winning new business opportunities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
