TLC Garden Centers, a leader in Oklahoma gardening, is seeking a Payroll HR Administrative Specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City. You will manage bi-weekly payroll, maintain records, onboard new hires, and support HR functions in a friendly, small-company environment. The role requires payroll experience (Paycom a plus) and strong Excel/Word skills.
