Essential Duties

• Lead the Iowa architecture team with ownership for its continued growth, development, and success while contributing to the broader direction of ISG's architecture practice.
• Grow and strengthen client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, expanding existing partnerships, and identifying new opportunities.
• Lead project and design efforts from initial concept through completion, bringing strong architectural judgment and a client-focused approach to every project.
• Build and develop your team by attracting talent, mentoring emerging professionals, delegating meaningful responsibility, and creating opportunities for others to succeed.
• Own project performance, including budgets, work plans, contracts, quality control, and delivery while maintaining strong design standards.
• Leverage ISG's multidisciplinary expertise to pursue innovative opportunities, collaborate across geographies, and deliver impactful solutions for clients and communities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 10+ years of professional design experience and licensed to practice architecture
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited architecture program
• K-12, Sports + Recreation and Government + Cultural, experience, a plus
• Ability to communicate ideas empathetically and visually through both written and verbal media
• Ability to represent ISG and clients in public forums
• Familiarity in Revit, Adobe Suite and Sketchup computer software packages
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and participate with a variety of team members on different projects at varying levels of development
