Manager, CRM Campaign Marketing

Juice Plus+ is seeking a Manager, CRM Campaign Marketing to own the planning, execution, and performance of one-time campaign communications across email and SMS for the US market. This role is the operational backbone of the CRM campaign calendar — responsible for flawless execution, cross-functional coordination, and bringing campaign strategy to life through owned channels. This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with the Senior Manager, CRM & Loyalty, as well as Sales, Commercial Marketing, Compliance, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution Own end-to-end execution of one-time email and SMS campaigns for the US market, from brief intake through deployment. Build, test, and schedule campaigns in Attentive, ensuring all sends are error-free and on time. Maintain the US campaign communications calendar, flagging conflicts and dependencies proactively. Conduct thorough QA on all outgoing communications before deployment. Partner with Senior Manager to ensure all campaigns align with segmentation strategy and compliance guidelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the CRM point of contact for US campaign requests from Sales, Commercial Marketing, Events, and Customer Service teams. Participate in campaign kick-off calls, briefings, and planning sessions. Coordinate creative asset needs with the design team and ensure timely delivery into production. Manage campaign intake and project tracking in Asana, keeping all stakeholders informed on status and timelines. Route copy and creative through Ziflow for review and approval, managing version control and feedback loops. Performance & Optimization Pull and analyze campaign performance data following each send. Identify trends in engagement and share recommendations with Senior Manager. Monitor competitive email and SMS campaigns to surface best practices and opportunities. Contribute to monthly and weekly CRM performance reporting. Qualifications 4–6+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing. Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in an ESP — Attentive experience a plus. Strong understanding of email and SMS best practices, segmentation, and compliance. Experience working in project management tools — Asana experience preferred. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator. Self-starter who can operate independently without heavy oversight. Demonstrated attention to detail with a track record of error-free execution across email and SMS Receptive to feedback and direction, with the ability to implement changes quickly and without repeated follow-up Proven ability to work transparently within a team, including proactive communication on task status and blockers Basic HTML knowledge for email production.
