Dietetic Technician (2622) - Department of Public Health - (EXEMPT)
The Dietetic Technician performs specialized paraprofessional clinical duties in a hospital nutrition program under supervision of the Chief Dietitian. Essential functions include assisting dietitian in collecting patient data, providing nutritional education, performing nutritional analysis, and implementing patient nutritional preferences.
Qualifications include possession of a credential as a Registered Dietetic Technician approved by the American Dietetic Association. Verification of education and experience may be required.
