2027 BNY Analyst Program – Risk and ComplianceRisk & Compliance is responsible for establishing the framework, policies, guidance, and tools that support risk and compliance management across BNY. Led by the Chief Risk Officer, the function provides independent oversight, monitoring, and challenge of risk decisions and activities throughout the risk management lifecycle. Analysts gain hands-on experience working with global teams across key areas such as credit, market, liquidity, technology, operational, compliance, model, and enterprise risk, while building an understanding of how strong governance and consistent standards support the firm.
