Family Navigator — Child Welfare & Family Support
My Florida Families
The Department of Children and Families in Florida is seeking a Family Navigator for the Suncoast Region. You will engage with families early in investigations, assess needs, set goals, and help access services to promote safe, long-term independence. Collaborate with child protective investigators, case managers, and service providers to coordinate interventions, monitor progress, and support families through barriers, ensuring timely connections and positive outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr My Florida Families
