Equipment Operator

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Equipment Operator to support projects across the state. The ideal candidate must have experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, dozers, and excavators, along with a strong understanding of site work, earthmoving, and utility installation. Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, excavators, and other machinery safely and efficiently on construction sites.
Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure safety standards are met, and perform basic maintenance or report issues promptly
Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, material movement, and logistical coordination to support project timelines.
Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a secure work environment.
Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively while adhering to deadlines and quality standards
Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Requirements
Proven experience operating heavy equipment (dozers, loaders, excavators) on construction sites.
Mechanical knowledge sufficient to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on machinery
Experience with pipe and/or utility work is a plus.
Familiarity with safety procedures and standards.
Ability to work in varying weather and job site conditions
Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
