Cross Country Education is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a small charter school in Oakland, CA . This is a full-time, school-year role supporting students across TK through 12th grade , with a consistent weekday schedule, weekly pay, and benefits that stay with you year-round.

8:00 am -4:00 pm Monday - Friday w/ 30 minute unpaid lunch
$65–$75/hr (W-2, paid weekly)
What You'll Do
- Evaluate students and develop individualized OT treatment plans
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services across TK–12
- Support fine motor, sensory, self-regulation, and functional skill development
- Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and families on student goals and progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
Qualifications
- Current California Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- School-based experience strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Comfort working with a range of grade levels and developmental needs
