Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd shift

Location: Faribault, MN - 2nd shift Your Responsibilities: Coordinate communications between shipping/receiving department and customer service/purchasinggroup to ensure quality customer support Develop,maintain, and execute procedures for the quality handling, packaging, labeling, shipping, and receiving of materials Assign daily job responsibilities to shipping and receiving department employees based on availability of resources and inbound/outbound shipping volumes Schedule temporary employees as needed based upon availability of resources and inbound/outbound shipping volumes Train andmonitorshipping/receiving department employees in areas of job functions, company policies, and regulatory compliance Coordinate communications between shipping/receiving departments and other departments to continuously improve the warehouse's ability to service Daikin customers Develop improvements in warehouse policies and procedures to promoted increased business profitability, customer support, and employee well being Work with other groups within the Daikin parts organization as needed to resolve problems within the business Administer company policies as needed Other duties as assigned Your Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 5+ years of related experience Associate's and or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) Your Benefits: Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance 401K retirement plan with employer match Paid time off and company paid holidays Paid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local law Tuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $66,000 to $108,800 in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
