Location: Faribault, MN
Compensation: $22.00-$26.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welder workers for a power distribution equipment manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. In this role, you'll help fabricate high-quality aluminum components while supporting a safe, team-focused production environment. • Perform TIG welding on aluminum components according to specifications and quality standards
• Clean, prepare, and inspect materials prior to welding
• Set up and adjust welding equipment, including amperage, gas flow, and torch selection
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, job orders, and SOPs
• Inspect finished welds to identify and correct defects or inconsistencies
• Enter production data and documentation into Epicor
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and support continuous improvement efforts

What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding symbols
• Knowledge of aluminum grades and welding requirements
• Ability to weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions in English
• High school diploma required; technical or vocational training preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
• Ability to wear required PPE, including eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection
