Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Job Description Job Description The Shipper Receiver plays a critical role in managing the flow of goods within a general warehouse environment. This position involves handling the receipt, storage, and shipment of products while ensuring warehouse safety and accurate documentation. Operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, the Shipper Receiver collaborates with a medium-sized team and occasionally works overtime to meet operational demands. Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and condition Prepare and ship outgoing orders in a timely manner Load and unload products using forklifts and pallet jacks Organize stock and maintain orderly warehouse inventory Complete all required documentation for shipments and receipts Follow and enforce warehouse safety protocols Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently Required Qualifications 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving Preferred Qualifications Forklift operation certification or experience Strong attention to detail Effective time management skills Good communication abilities Problem-solving aptitude Company Description Since 1989, Industrial Equipment Fabricators, Inc. has been building products for O.E.M's, specializing in custom metal fabricating, design and certified welding.
