Job Overview GCMG Barnett Family Medicine: Charlotte Hwy – Family Medicine (Full time, 40 hrs per week) Hours: Monday‑Friday 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (4‑day work week). No nights, weekends or on‑call. Pay Range: $51.05 – $76.60 per hour. Benefits Eligible for benefits Highlights About the Position 100% Outpatient Join 7 Physicians and 2 APPs No nights, weekends, or on‑call Ideal Candidate Willing to see patients of all ages Primary care experience preferred Responsibilities Functions independently in the primary care office setting in collaboration with a supervising physician. Includes Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Women’s Health settings. Provides care that may be longitudinal, and is responsible for disease management across time, or provides care for overflow and sick visits. Emphasis on preventative care, stable acute‐illness reprieve, health promotion and illness/injury prevention. Alternatively, functions independently in the on‑site occupational or teammate health clinic settings in collaboration with a supervising physician. Provides care focused on single‑visit encounters. Coordinates staffing and orientation of assigned team members. Plans and conducts ongoing education and training.
