Responsibilities Our Occupational Medicine Provider will perform baseline and annual physical exams, evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions, infectious and hazardous material exposures. Qualifications PA-C designation (NCCPA) Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances required Current AZ license or eligibility ACLS/BLS required A minimum of 2 years' experience in Occupational Medicine is required Certification to perform NRCME (DOT) driver examinations required, or acquired within 6 months of employment Per Diem (employed position not 1099 eligible) As an equal opportunity employer, Banner Health values culture and encourages applications from individuals with varied experiences and backgrounds.
