Vaco Atlanta is seeking an experienced Recruiter on a CONTRACT basis (through the end of 2026) in Dunwoody, GA. This position requires in-office work, so only candidates living in the metropolitan Atlanta area will be considered. Responsibilities Work closely with Hiring Managers and lead intake meetings to determine role requirements and timeline Develop strong sourcing strategies; screen and interview candidates as aligned with job requirements Serve as a strategic recruiting partner with leadership team Input accurate information in the ATS and ensure compliance Identify process improvements Represent the company’s values and mission to candidates Requirements Must have a minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with tech positions. Must have experience working for a recruiting or staffing firm and be comfortable with high-volume recruiting requirements. Must possess strong time management and organizational skills. Must have strong sourcing skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS programs.
