Social Media & Community Manager Bedrosians is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to be the "boots on the ground" engine for our Tustin, CA showroom. This isn't a broadcast-only role — we treat social media as a prospecting, trade‑development, and consumer‑demand tool. Your mission is to work the Orange County design market, win relationships with local designers, architects, builders, and installers, and inspire nearby homeowners to walk into the showroom for their renovation. You'll bridge digital discovery and real-world relationships, turning online engagement into showroom traffic, sample requests, and project wins. Compensation $35 – $45 hourly Responsibilities Market Activation & Prospecting (Trade + Consumer) Prospect local designers, architects, installers, and builders, using social media as the primary vehicle for initial outreach and relationship building Drive qualified homeowners into the showroom by engaging local community groups (Nextdoor, Yelp, Google, Meta, and Facebook neighborhood groups) and running hyper‑targeted local digital strategies Maintain a consistent physical presence in‑market — visiting design firms, job sites, and lifestyle hubs across Newport Beach, Irvine, and the greater Orange County area Own the full relationship lifecycle, ensuring every digital interaction becomes a CRM‑logged opportunity for the Tustin sales team Report monthly statistics for our social media engagement, outreach, connections, and opportunities Identify new media opportunities and networks, and connect with social media influencers Social Media Execution & Prospecting Engine Partner with the Head of Content Creation and Strategy to surface local story opportunities — Tustin projects, slab arrivals, designer activity, and behind‑the‑scenes moments — that drive engagement and qualified leads Proactively engage the local trade ecosystem and affluent homeowners on Instagram and LinkedIn, using thoughtful commentary to turn followers into showroom visitors Support the @bedrosians.tustin handle's local visibility with content aligned to relevant geotags, hashtags, and Tustin‑area audience goals Events & Hyperlocal PR Lead a diverse showroom event calendar, including recurring trade events and specialized Homeowner Workshops Work with corporate marketing to land project reveals in luxury outlets and execute community‑facing initiatives like charity nights and local lifestyle pop‑ups Launch and scale localized partnerships, including designer showroom takeovers and co‑branded content collaborations that reach high‑net‑worth local audiences Qualifications 4+ years in a hybrid role spanning local marketing, trade relationships, and high‑end community management A proven "hunter" mentality — using social media and offline networking as prospecting tools to open doors, build professional networks, and drive consumer traffic Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot), social management suites (Dash Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite), and community‑building tools Familiarity with the Orange County luxury home‑renovation landscape and the decision‑making process for high‑end residential projects Strong copywriting skills and command of platform‑specific voice, tone, and formatting Experience briefing and shaping content with creative teams and video editors Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field — or equivalent work experience Influencer marketing and partnership experience Retail or omnichannel marketing experience Passion for design, interiors, and the home‑improvement space is a strong plus About Company With over 77+ years of excellence, Bedrosians Tile & Stone is a family‑owned industry leader importing and distributing premium tile, natural stone, porcelain, mineral surfaces, slabs, and engineered surfaces.
