Base pay range $23.00/hr - $29.00/hr Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, aligning with the personalized care plan and physician orders. Observe patient behaviors, monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments. Collaborate directly with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans. Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery. Support patient progress and celebrate victories along the way. Qualifications Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification. One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred. Rehabilitation experience is preferred.
