Operations Associate - Phipps

Summary The Operations Associate is responsible for maintaining the store’s inventory and stock areas according to Company standards. The role focuses on accurate shipping and receiving, minimizing stock loss, maintaining organized records and housekeeping, and safeguarding company assets. The Associate supports inventory control procedures and communicates with central distribution and corporate inventory teams while assisting the sales floor and management as needed. Responsibilities Ensure shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory are processed accurately and efficiently Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area and ensure merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored Process inbound freight, returns-to-vendor (RTV), chargebacks, transfers, and damages per Company procedures Support compliance of receiving practices, including safekeeping of funds and property, security, and record-keeping Ensure stock is appropriately security tagged to prevent loss Communicate with central distribution and the corporate inventory control department Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, housekeeping, and completing price changes Pack or wrap customers’ merchandise when necessary and perform other tasks as assigned Requirements Participate in all inventory and cycle counts Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping Help complete price changes within the boutique Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise when necessary Help solve problems and make informed suggestions to improve service and receiving productivity Comply with all company policies and procedures and participate in store meetings and training seminars Perform any other tasks assigned by management #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
