Operations Associate, On the Road Team

Position Overview The Operations role for the On the Road Team is critical to the success of this business channel. This position maintains accurate inventory levels and helps deliver a seamless customer experience through clear communication and excellent organization. This role is highly cross‑functional, working very closely with the warehouse & tailor shop teams. This role reports into the Senior Manager and is a full‑time, salaried non‑exempt position. Responsibilities Processing all incoming and outgoing product from a systematic standpoint Daily physical transportation of all incoming and outgoing product Physically and systematically returning product to Warehouse when no longer needed in inventory Investigating inventory discrepancies Logging and processing all items to be marked out of stock (MOS) Executing weekly cycle counts followed by investigation and reporting of any variances Weekly monitoring of all supplies Daily maintenance and organization of OTR stock room Packing and unpacking assortment with team members for upcoming shows Logging incoming alterations and adding them to the queue Troubleshooting alterations issues Logging finished alterations for shipping Skills Ability to work comfortably and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Very detail oriented and process‑focused Can prioritize tasks based on level of urgency & importance Has a proactive, self‑starter mindset that brings new ideas and solutions to the team Is a motivated, resourceful problem‑solver and team player with a “no task is too small” attitude Approaches situations with positivity, flexibility, and creativity, even under pressure with tight deadlines Has interpersonal skills to influence, collaborate with, and build relationships with others in cross‑functional roles Anticipates opportunities to drive business, build morale & solve problems Has an entrepreneurial spirit & enthusiasm for growing with Mashburn Reflects our core values of Hardworking, Hopeful, Helpful, Honesty, Nimble, Hospitable, Humble & Honest #J-18808-Ljbffr Sid Mashburn and Ann Mashburn
