PT - Physical Therapist

Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule, with hours from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM. Desired hours include working until 6 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with a valid PA license and 1 year of experience to join our outpatient clinic team. The clinic offers a collaborative environment, working alongside 3-5 PTs and 3-4 PTAs daily, supported by additional front staff and specialists in OT and speech. Our diverse patient population covers a broad spectrum of therapy needs including orthopedics, neurology, pain management, pediatrics, concussion rehabilitation, and aquatic therapy. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients. Implement therapy techniques including AROM/AAROM/PROM, gait training, and strength testing. Manage a diverse caseload, addressing conditions such as cervicalgia, degenerative disc disease, and post-operative recovery. Educate patients and their families on care plans and home exercise requirements. Reassess patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active PA Physical Therapist license. At least 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting.
