Clinical Sales Specialist, Electrophysiology - LAAO (Pittsburgh, PA)

Abbott seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist in Electrophysiology to support the Amplatzer Amulet LAA Occluder product line. The role combines clinical education, procedural support, and sales activities across a defined territory, requiring travel exceeding 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Territory Managers to ensure case coverage and optimal clinical outcomes
- Provide clinical support including surgical coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education
- Educate healthcare providers on product merits, clinical usage, and latest technology developments
- Meet with existing and potential clients to identify clinical needs and propose solutions
- Engage in clinical and technical discussions linking outcome data to key messaging
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 6+ years of cardiovascular industry experience
- Vendor credentialing requirements satisfaction, including potential COVID-19 vaccination
- Strong clinical orientation with ability to engage diverse clinician types
- Experience with interventional cardiology products and procedures preferred
- Life sciences degree or clinical credentials (RN, EMT, Perfusion) preferred
Compensation: $68,000-$136,000 base
