Earthborne Trucks and Equipment is looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to own our Montgomery County territory — our single most lucrative territory in the company. Our new state-of-the-art facility in Warrington features an expansive equipment showroom, a fully stocked parts counter, and a modern service department equipped to support every make and model of heavy equipment and heavy-duty trucks on the market.

The Opportunity

As our Montgomery County Equipment Sales Specialist, you'll represent the JCB brand and the Earthborne name in one of the strongest, highest-potential territories we have. You'll build your own book of business, grow long-term customer relationships, and be rewarded directly for the results you drive — with uncapped commission and realistic six-figure earning potential for the right person.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow the Montgomery County territory, expanding market share through new account development
• Demonstrate JCB equipment to prospective customers and build lasting relationships
• Meet and exceed quota objectives set by management
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date activity records in the company CRM
• Represent Earthborne at industry trade shows and sponsored events
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine drive to succeed

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screening
• Minimum 2 years of experience selling construction equipment or in a similar field
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills
