PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

A Premiere Real Estate Company Developing Communities is seeking a Project Accountant with construction accounting experience. The Team is seeking someone with a collaborative background responsible for accounting and finance activities. Review subcontractor invoices. Work with construction budgets and schedule of values. Prepare and submit loan packages. Process bank reconciliations. Journal entries. Work with construction contracts. Special projects. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. 2+ years of experience. Construction, development, real estate background. Proficiency with G702/G703 a plus!
