Enterprise Implementation Consultant

Managing the deployment of IoT solutions for enterprise customers, the full-time remote Enterprise Implementation Consultant will ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value from Samsara's technology while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Oversee the deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers, ensuring quick time to value Create launch plans and track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health Conduct training sessions and demonstrate technology to various stakeholders, enhancing customer relationships Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, preferably in Enterprise SaaS Experience supporting or working with technical products and end-to-end system implementations Strong problem-solving and project management skills Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
