Health Information Specialist - CMS Compliance & Records

Providence Service

Providence is seeking a Health Information Representative in Spokane Valley, WA, responsible for creating and reviewing Plans of Care to ensure compliance with CMS programs. The role involves technical reviews, audits, and maintenance of patient records, working closely with clinicians to resolve medical record issues and ensure proper documentation. Candidates should have 2 years of experience in a team setting and 6 months in a clerical setting, or clinical experience preferred.
